- Support during development of the power electronics stages and controller hardware
- Development of control algorithms for different types of electric machines used for electric propulsion using MATLAB/Simulink
- Implementation of the control algorithms in FPGAs
- Development of a test-bench for electric propulsion systems
- Test and verification
- Writing of associated documentation with the award of a Ph.D.

Development of a virtual development environment for electric propulsion systems with research into advanced power electronics and control strategies.

- Development of a universal controller for different types of electric machines used for electric propulsion
