Description
Applicants will possess an undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture or Offshore Engineering (Master degree will be highly desirable). Fluent English is required, Spanish is highly desirable and programming skills in Matlab or related software languages are required. The post is available from 01 March 2014 for 36 months at the University of Cantabria.
The Environmental Hydraulics Institute of the University of Cantabria wishes to recruit an Early Career Researcher to support the work of Prf. IƱigo Losada on an EU funded project named OceaNet. Develop new tools for operation and maintenance strategies design and optimization of marine renawables farms.
The aim of the project is to develop the appropriate framework for selecting the best operation and maintenance strategy mixing corrective and preventive actions within an offshore environment.
