UK: Raffy Manoukian Scholarships

Deadline: 4 January 2013

These awards are generously funded by Mr Raffy Manoukian.
An unlimited number of scholarships will be awarded for graduate and undergraduate degrees.

Am I eligible?

We have not received full confirmation of all the eligibility criteria for the Raffy Manoukian Scholarship. We will update the information on the website as soon as we receive full details. If you have already submitted an application for graduate study by the time these details are confirmed and you subsequently wish to be considered for the Raffy Manoukian scholarship, please contact us by 18 January 2013 at the very latest so that we can ensure that your application is put forward for scholarship consideration.

What does it cover?

100% of university and college fees, and a grant for living costs of £12,900 for graduate students.
Awards are made for the full duration of a student's fee liability for the agreed course.  If your scholarship is offered for a course lasting more than one year, the continuation of your scholarship each year is subject to an annual renewal process based on satisfactory academic progress.

How do I apply?

Apply at the same time as you apply to Oxford by selecting Raffy Manoukian Scholarship in the Funding Section of the University's Graduate Application Form.  Candidates should apply by Application Deadline 2 (4 January 2013 for Medical Sciences, Philosophy Politics and International Relations; 18 January 2013 for all other subjects).
In order to be considered for this scholarship, you must have secured a place on your chosen programme of study by the expected final decision date (13 March 2013).  Applications with an outstanding admissions decision after this date, or applications which are re-evaluated against the later March deadline field, are not eligible for scholarship consideration.
Applicants who are ‘re-routed’ (accepted onto a different programme of study to the one they originally applied for e.g. transferred from an MPhil to a DPhil or from one course to another) should contact us as soon as they are notified of the change in order to ensure that their application for a scholarship is maintained on their new programme of study.
