TU Denmark: Three PhD Positions in Carbohydrate Chemistry

Qualifications
  • A master's degree in engineering or chemistry with a strong theoretical and experimental background in organic chemistry
  • A strong commitment to research
  • Independence and good communication skills
Applicants should have a thorough interest in organic synthesis. The positions offer an opportunity to work on an international, dynamic and multi-disciplinary project. The studies will be carried out within the Division of Organic Chemistry, DTU Chemistry which hosts a total of 7 faculty members and approximately 40 PhD students and postdocs.

Approval and Enrolment
The fellowships are subject to academic approval, and the candidates will be enrolled in the Chemistry, Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering PhD programme at DTU. Salary and terms of employment
The salary and appointment terms (3 years) are consistent with the current rules for PhD students. Qualified candidates can expect to start with a € 3800 monthly salary before taxes.
