Qualifications

An appropriate background for this position is a Master of Science degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, engineering physics, industrial management or electrical engineering.
Applicants must be strongly motivated for doctoral studies, possess strong analytical skills and excellent cooperative and communicative abilities.

Employment

The Ph.D. student position is intended for individuals that seek to pursue a PhD to become a researcher. The position also includes other duties within the department, such as teaching, up to 20% of the time. The salary is set according to the standard agreements for Ph.D. student employment at KTH.
